Wooden Perforated Acoustic Panels for Wall and Ceiling

Wooden acoustic panels with precision perforation and T-grid for use in ceiling and wall applications. The panels are made of medium-density fireboard (MDF) and pre-laminated melamine board. These perforated panels are waterproof and fire retardant due to their resin and pine composition. The grids on these hardwood panels make installation simple.

Panel Specification

  • Standard Measurements: 600 x 600, 600 x 1200, 600 x 2400, 1200 x 2400 Size can be customized
  • Thickness: 11mm, 12mm, 15mm, 16mm, 17mm, 18mm and 25mm.
  • Sound Absorption: Up to 0.9 NRC, tested as per IS:8225/ISO:354/ASTM 423C.
  • Density: (600 Kg/m3 – 900 Kg/m3) as per IS 14587:1998.
  • Material: Melamine Laminate facing finish MDF as per IS 14587:1998.
  • Fire performance: Flammability, Flame Penetration, Rate of Burning Passed as per IS 1734-1983 (Pt-03).
  • Hole Dia: 4mm/6mm/8mm/10mm; hole can be customized.
  • Standard Pattern (H/V): 16/16 – 32/32; can be customized.
  • Applications: Acoustic correction with high aesthetic level. Applicable to walls and ceilings.
